Full Refund:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from accessing course materials or completing the program due to our fault after enrolling in any of our services within a 7-day timeframe or before the course expiry, you’ll receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Misrepresentation: If a course or program is significantly misrepresented in its description or fails to meet the learning objectives outlined in a 7 days timeframe, you’ll be eligible for a full refund within 7-10 business days of enrollment.

Partial Refund:

  • Withdrawal Before Start Date: You are entitled to a full refund minus a processing fee for any of the online courses, live training program, or project work if you withdraw from a course or program before the start date.

Non-Refundable:

  • Project Work: Due to the personalized nature of project work and the resources dedicated to your project, refunds are not applicable for completed or partially completed project work.
  • One-Time Access Materials: Any downloadable materials or resources explicitly marked as “one-time access” are non-refundable.
