PIGSO LEARNING – Educator Policy & Terms and Conditions

 

1. Training Delivery & Professional Conduct

  • Live Online Teaching:
    All classes must be delivered live and online as per the syllabus and schedule provided.
  • Technical Requirements:
    Educators are required to have:
  • Stable high-speed internet
  • Quiet, professional environment with minimal disturbances (preferably noise-proof)
  • Functional laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone
  • Punctuality:
    Join each class a minimum of 5 minutes before the official start time. Notify the student group promptly before commencing each session.
  • Session Management:
    Complete all scheduled topics in the curriculum per session; always conclude with a relevant Q&A for students.
  • Class Changes:
    Classes may not be rescheduled or cancelled at the last minute except in genuine emergency situations.
  • Notify the student group and Pigso Learning admin promptly if any changes to the schedule arise.
  • Repeated cancellations and rescheduling are grounds for disciplinary action.
  • Professional Interaction:
    Treat all students, co-educators, and staff with respect and professionalism at all times.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Confidential Information:
    Do not share class join links, student emails, phone numbers, attendance records, or any personal/company proprietary data with anyone outside PIGSO LEARNING.
  • Data Protection:
    All recorded sessions, materials, student details, and proprietary intellectual property must be handled in strict accordance with PIGSO LEARNING’s privacy policies.
  • Intellectual Property:
    Training materials, recordings, and content created for PIGSO LEARNING remain the property of PIGSO LEARNING unless otherwise agreed.

3. Compensation & Salary

  • Fixed Remuneration:
    Educator’s base salary or stipend is pre-determined and agreed upon before the start of each training program by PIGSO LEARNING’s management.
  • Revenue Share Model:
    Educators will receive 40% of gross revenue for the training program(s) they personally conduct; PIGSO LEARNING retains 60%. The method of payment and timing will be communicated in advance.
  • Payments:
    Compensation will be processed monthly or upon completion of the training. subject to satisfactory completion of agreed sessions and responsibilities.

4. Additional Terms & Responsibilities

  • Course Updates & Quality:
    Provide high-quality, original, and up-to-date training materials. Update content periodically to ensure relevance.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
    Submit attendance and session summary if requested; participate in periodic feedback or review meetings.
  • Support:
    Respond to student queries related to your sessions within 24 hours on working days unless on approved leave.
  • Termination:
    PIGSO Learning reserves the right to terminate an educator’s engagement in case of misconduct, repeated lateness, breach of contract, or poor feedback.
  • Compliance:
    Educators must comply with PIGSO Learning’s code of conduct, policies, and any applicable laws/regulations.

Project Proposal & Client Requirement Clarification

  • Before commencing any project or consultancy work, educators/consultants must engage with the client to understand requirements clearly.
  • Discuss client expectations, clarify scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing before preparing any formal proposal.
  • Prepare and submit a detailed project proposal outlining the scope, methodology, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.
  • Obtain client approval of the proposal before initiating any work.

Project Execution & Deliverables

  • Work must be carried out strictly according to the finalized proposal and agreed specifications.
  • Deliver work in stages if applicable; keep the client updated on progress regularly.
  • Adhere to the timeline mentioned in the proposal; any anticipated delays must be communicated promptly.
  • Deliver high-quality, error-checked reports, simulation files, and final results as agreed.
  • Provide necessary support or revisions within the agreed scope and timeline.

Communication and Professionalism

  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients and PIGSO Learning management.
  • Update PIGSO Learning on project milestones and completion status.
  • Respect client confidentiality and do not share project details or data externally without consent.

Quality Assurance and Accountability

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards expected by PIGSO Learning and the client.
  • Take accountability for technical accuracy, compliance with best practices, and client satisfaction.
  • Any work outside the agreed scope requires a revised proposal and approval.

Termination and Escalation

  • In case of unresolved issues or inability to meet delivery commitments, escalate promptly to PIGSO Learning management.
  • PIGSO Learning reserves the right to terminate project assistance involvement for breach of these terms or poor performance.
